Description

Hyundai has unveiled its latest concept car, the 2024 Ioniq 7, which the company describes as a “living place on wheels.” The all-electric SUV will ride on the company’s new cross-brand EGMP platform, which it will share with the Ioniq 5 and other planned electric vehicles from Hyundai and Kia. The Ioniq 7 concept car has a futuristic exterior with innovative lighting components, shape-shifting wheels, and glass panels on the roof and back.

Hyundai aims to give the Ioniq 7 a driving range of more than 300 miles, which suggests a large usable battery capacity. With a 350 kilowatt fast charger, the battery of the Ioniq 7 can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in as little as 20 minutes. The starting price for the Ioniq 7 is projected to be roughly $50,000 in 2024.
